New is Peak’s Business Support Manager and her role is to manage all non-recruitment activities in the business, from accounting and compliance, marketing and technology, and to ultimately ensure we have the very best systems in place to make sure we attract the best candidates possible for our clients, a great service experience for our candidates and a happy and comfortable atmosphere for all our team to work in.

She joined the company in 2022, having previously worked in the busy aviation sector where she was responsible for managing crew movements for a leading international airline. She comes from Thailand’s’ capital city, Bangkok, and spent her high school years in New Zealand.

New is a skilled communicator and researcher, excellent at project management with a methodical approach and a fantastic ability to get on with people. With Peak’s growth regionally and globally, she is a modern thinker who is able to understand a business issue and provide a modern, well thought out solution.

New is outgoing, loves to socialize, is passionate about education and is a creative and driven individual. A perfect combination for the Peak team.
