Tim is a proud Yorkshireman, hailing from the North of England, and comes from a family background within the specialty chemicals industry. Prior to setting up Peak, he spent close to 15 years in both in-house and agency recruitment, specializing in Engineering and Sciences.

​Tim’s role within Peak is managing the business, as well as client relationships across the three industry segments, whilst ensuring the values, vision and long-term strategy of the group are at the core of everything the company does.

​He is hugely passionate about recruitment being done with integrity and kindness, is a regular attendee of industry conferences across the UK and Europe, and spends much of his time working on Senior Leadership searches across multiple countries throughout Europe and Asia. 

​Outside of work, he spends time with his young family and enjoys the outdoors, music and watching the mighty Leeds United.

​His “Commander” personality type describes him as a bold, imaginative and strong-willed leader, always finding a way – or making one.
