Our client is a global leader in providing integrated solutions to the crop science industry.
A growing and ambitious international crop science company are seeking an experienced Account Manager to work with key accounts in China. The company have a growing presence in the country and a wide of both pre-harvest products.
The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the customer and is responsible for customer success and satisfaction, providing excellence in customer service to existing accounts, overseeing the implementation of new accounts, and ensuring the efficient execution of activities and projects. As a home-based, this role can located anywhere in China, providing candidates are willing to travel.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in an agriculture / crop science related field
5+ years sales / account management experience in the agriculture sector, with crop protection products – at pre-harvest or plant protection.
A track record of professional account management in the China agrochemical / crop science sector
Effective Negotiator. Good planner, listener, communicator.
Chinese national, with a very good level of English language.
