Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Business Partner will focus on recruitment, employee relations, labor relations, audit management, and related HR project assignment for our clients manufacturing operations in Thailand.
Responsibilities:
Assist HR department manager in implementation Core Value, improve internal communication program and engage with employees to boost employee morale.
Perform HR Generalist function, company activities, job descriptions of all positions and organization charts.
Handles recruitment process, prepare job advertisements, manage recruitment, selection processes include maintaining proper personnel records including personnel policies and procedures.
Provide strong employee relations and knowledge of labor/union issues in order to promote positive labor relations. This includes working in union environment
Propose and implement actions to improve efficiency of HR & administration processes.
Be a part of global HR tools implementation and coordinate with other Plants to deploy HR and company policy.
Support HR Manager in the Strategic part regarding to retention initiatives and the development plan.
Perform any other activities as assigned by management for overall responsibility in HR functions.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified with at least five years in an HR related role – ideally with experience in manufacturing.
Experience in a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, labor relations and HR projects.
Excellent communicator with great people and interpersonal skills.
Strong emotional control and service minded.
Open to Thai Nationality Only – good level of English language.
What our client offers:
Salary: 70,000 – 80,000 THB/Month
Variable Bonus (Average 1.5 - 2 months depending on company performance)
