Job Description:

  • Responsible for HRM function and implementation of HR strategy for employees in assigned area
  • Develop and implement human resource strategies and corporate’s program associated with accomplishing business objectives
  • In charge of manpower planning and end to end recruitment activities
  • Plan, coordinate, organize, and evaluate result of employee relations activities
  • Implement employee motivation program, employee relations management, and retain good performers
  • Recommend HR Solutions and guidance to meet employee satisfaction, labor law, and ethics
  • Be a coordinator with compensation team and recruitment team for delivery excellence service
  • To assist Human Resources Manager to coordinate with line managers as an internal consultant and specialist on people issues
  • To assist Human Resources Manager to manage, direct & coordinate the needs for Administration, General Affairs, Office Supplies and Facilities
  • Cooperate with all concerned parties to solve issues which related administration

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in HR Management, Organization Development, Political Sciences or other related fields
  • Minimum 5years experience in HRM from multinational manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Advance Excel, Power Point)
  • Knowledge in labor and tax law
  • Very good presentation skills
  • Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
