A newly created role, Operation Manager – Thailand will be responsible for setting up and managing the operation process for the digital service deployment and product distribution. pivotal role in developing and refining our client company's operational framework in Thailand, ensuring the success of its expansion into the market while also focusing on localizing processes for better integration.
The role is home-based in Thailand, providing the opportunity to work closely with local customers, partners, and other stakeholders to scale the business.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in business operation or other related fields.
Experience in agribusiness distribution, and tech or startup sectors is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the Thai business environment, particularly agriculture and tech.
Ability to work independently and Detail-oriented.
A good level of English Language is a must and be able to travel upcountry.
What Our Client Offers:
Basic Salary: Up to 120,000 – 150,000 THB/Month (Depending on candidate experience)
