Client Description:

Our client is a global manufacturer of confectionery coated products that appeal to many sectors of the food and beverage industry including; ice cream, yogurt and bakery.

Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements.
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of QMS and food safety system (BRC, GMP, HACCP and FSSC22000)
  • Carry out and follow up the internal audit and the corrective action of all departments concerned.
  • Coordinate with working team to be readiness for the surveillance audit, customer & consumer and authorities audit.
  • Conduct the quality and food safety training to the employees.
  • Leading and ensure the Food safety management system and related system are effectively established, implemented, maintained and updated in all departments and staff execution.
  • Lead as food safety team leader to drive food safety and hygiene improvement. Drive food safety and hygiene improvement projects in factory to meet international standard.
  • Verify the effectiveness of hygiene problems investigation, root cause analysis and ensure the corrective action and preventive action to avoid problem re-occurrence.
  • Conduct the quality and food safety training to the employees.
  • Ensure that the procedure work instruction and specifications in working areas are updated.
  • Carry out the internal audit both advance and not advance notice.
  • Set up and implement the corporate procedure and / or procedure, which can be effect to product quality and safety.
  • Provide the procedure, work instruction and specification, which are requested from all departments.
  • Coach and develop competency of subordinate.
  • Build and execute development plans for team members at subordinate levels of the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher in Food Technology, Food Science, related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in food industry, prefer with the 100+ SKU food business.
  • Hold the strong experience in handling Quality control & Quality assurance in manufacturing process, as well as Food safety and regulatory functions, including audit, gap closing.
  • Strong knowledge in Food GFSI standard especially BRC, FSSC22000
  • Strong leaderships, communication, analytical, and negotiation skill.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • High executive maturity and adaptability.
  • Good command of English and computer literate.
  • Able to relocate to Pak Chong, Nakorn Ratchasima.
