Sales Administration Manager – Machinery, Spare Parts, Consumables Our client is looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join their sales team and help them achieve their goals within the Asia Pacific region. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. You will also support top management in sales reporting in turnover and profitability. Our clients’ ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets. Sales Management

  • Sales process administration for all Sales initiatives with Sales team and HQ in a project Management mode
  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department and technical teams to ensure timely deliveries and installation
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Responsible for inside sales activities for some specific products
  • Manage administrative tasks as related to machines importations
Sales Reporting
  • Develop monthly sales reports by region / customers / sales reps in turn over and profitability
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Maintain and update the Monthly Sales Forecast
Marketing Activities
  • Preparing sales materials, sales presentations and sample processing
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Update any necessary marketing pieces for tradeshows

Job Requirements:

  • B.A. Degree
  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent (3 – 5 years)
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and financials key performance Indicators
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
  • English fluent and Chinese speaking is a plus
