Our client is an established Thai Company diversifying into the agriculture industry. They have farm in Nakhon Phanom with 800 Australorp breeders and is seeking a Farm Manager to oversee its farm operations.
They are seeking a senior executive to lead a poultry farming project with expertise in Australorp chicken breeding and compliance with IFOAM organic certification standards. The role involves overseeing the incubation and hatching of at least 800 Australorp chicks, managing parent stock genetics, and supervising the brooding and rearing process to ensure optimal health and development. Additionally, the executive will be responsible for pullet management and implementing structured feeding programs for parent stock, brooding chicks, pullets, and laying hens, ensuring efficient feed distribution across farms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Science, or a related field.
Experience in poultry farm management, preferably with organic farming practices.
Hands-on experience with Australorp chicken breeding and hatchery operations.
Familiarity with IFOAM organic certification standards and compliance.
Able to work at Nakhon Phanom.
