We have partnered with a global seed company specialising in tropical vegetable seeds. They are looking for a visionary Country General Manager to lead their Thailand operations through its next phase of growth and transformation.
In this pivotal executive role, you'll take full ownership of strategy, P&L, team leadership, while championing innovation and sustainability to uplift smallholder farmers across the country. You’ll lead a high-impact team and shape market strategies that drive commercial success and meaningful social impact.
Qualifications:
Experience in senior general management, preferably from the biotechnology or agriculture industries.
Strong track record in driving commercial strategy and business growth.
Proven track record of full P&L ownership, with a strong history of driving revenue growth, cost efficiency, and sustainable profitability.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Strong Leadership and people management skills working cross-functionally and across multiple cultures.
Right to work in Thailand, with English language fluency.
