We are collaborating with a sustainable agriculture company focused on advancing agriculture and carbon offset solutions through biochar production from agricultural waste. They are looking to hire a talented Agricultural Engineer to join as an individual contributor, playing a crucial role in setting up the biochar business and facility in Thailand while working closely with the owner. The role involves mapping and analyzing the value chain for feedstocks such as bamboo, coconut waste, rice husk, and sugar bagasse. It will also require assessing logistics for sourcing materials, establishing the biochar production facility, and developing a buyer network for biochar products across Thailand.
Ideal candidates should have a background in Agricultural Engineering, strong skills in supply chain mapping and logistics, and knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices. Experience with biochar production is a plus. This position requires excellent project management abilities and the flexibility to engage in extensive travel within Thailand. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Process Engineering, or a related field.
Background in sustainable agriculture and waste management practices.

Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside diverse teams, including researchers, local partners, and stakeholders.
Fluent in English, with a valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within Thailand.
