Our client is an Italian agro-food group specializing in premium products and solutions for both professionals and consumers, with a focus on the pastry, bakery, chocolate, ice cream, and food sectors. They are recognized for providing high-quality ingredients and expertise.
The Customer Service position will play a key role in managing client relationships, leveraging strategic thinking, data insights, and extensive customer service experience to develop effective customer care strategies.
The role involves handling customer inquiries and processing purchase orders, while coordinating the entire order fulfillment process through to delivery. It also includes close collaboration with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and QA teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, the role requires providing clients with basic product information and timely updates on order status.
Theposition includes preparing and managing documentation, maintaining accurate customer data in the systems, and tracking customer complaints to ensure timely resolution. It also involves coordinating with HQ and local QA teams for product documentation and specifications, with a working knowledge of Thai FDA regulations being an advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
3-5 years’ experience in a customer service or sales support role (FMCG or food ingredients preferred)
Perform specified routine procedures such as administrative or complaint inquiries and label adjustments.
Strong communication skills in Thai, with basic English
Familiarity with QA or food safety documentation.
