Our client is a leading global producer of animal nutrition and feed.
Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist, who will work closely with the local sales teams in Benelux, on implementing marketing strategies into tangible day to day actions, events & campaigns.
This role will provide the freedom to utilise your experience of the animal agriculture business and of integrated marketing communications, market insights/trends, marketing tools & digital marketing in a multinational environment to suit an Agricultural audience in Benelux from Farmers and Feed Millers to Senior Executives. This also brings with it the opportunity to vary your work both in the office and in the field with salespeople.
Completely responsible and accountable for all marketing activities and strategies in Benelux.
Work with the sales team to develop a comprehensive business strategy and marketing plan for Benelux and ensure its implementation and budget management.
Understanding of global trends, product lines, success stories to implement locally in Benelux.
A sound understanding of market dynamics must be acquired to create marketing strategies which provide solutions to industries issues.
Gather and update market trends and competitor information in order to create new strategies to apply in the market.
Build strong relationships with key customers to understand their issues and address their needs through effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in a Marketing or related fields.
5+ years marketing experience within the livestock / aquaculture industries essential, either as a marketing specialist or product specialist.
Understanding of the Netherlands, and ideally Benelux animal feed, farming sector.
Able to implement a strategy and work with sales teams and interact with customers.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch.
