Our client, a leading global producer of high-quality specialty nutrition products to the animal feed and farm markets, is seeking a Technical Manager who will be responsible for the APAC region for our clients' animal nutrition business.
This role will either be based out of our clients' HQ in Germany or remotely in South East Asia, and requires regional travel. The Technical Manager will report to the Regional Director and will be responsible for providing technical and scientific support for the APACA sales teams.
As the interface between product management teams based in the HQ, and sales colleagues for all technical aspects, the Technical Manager will manage technical presentations, seminars, participation at scientific conferences worldwide and oversee product application, positioning, and trials based on regional conditions.
We're looking for someone coming from a technical background within animal nutrition (ideally poultry) with great communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to travel and forge strong relationships between HQ Product Managers and APAC customers and sales teams.

Qualifications:
University degree in Agriculture Science, Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
At least 5+ years experience in a technical role from the animal nutrition / feed industry.
Poultry focus would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Well organized team player with self-initiative.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to travel.
