Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Process Improvement Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of their manufacturing operations.
This role will be responsible for optimizing production processes, enhancing operational efficiency, improving facility and utility performance, and integrating automation technologies to support sustainable growth and operational excellence. Key initiatives include improving production line efficiency, reducing changeover time, minimizing yield loss, and optimizing labor utilization.
Qualifications:
Degree in industrial engineering, food science, engineering management, or a related field.
Experience in food manufacturing; background in fruit processing or fresh-cut produce is an advantage
Proven experience managing Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
Skill in data analysis, root cause tools (5 Why, Fishbone, DMAIC), and CI software/tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence all levels of the organization
Right to work in Thailand, with English language fluency.
