Our client is a global manufacturer of confectionery-coated products that appeal to many sectors of the food and beverage industry.
R&D Manager is responsible for leading new products development, innovation and renovation to support customers in APAC region from concept through launch, including idea generation, bench-top formulation, pilot plant assessment of process feasibility and final commercialization with an alignment of customer requirements, food compliance and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in a Food Science or Technology related field.
Experience in Research & Development in Food ingredients, confectionaries and sweets will be an advantage.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Computer literate with a good level of English.
Right to work in Thailand, and Thai language fluency.
