Our client is a global supplier of industrial optic machinery. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, servicing, repair, preventive maintenance, and sales support. Key duties include performing on-site service activities, troubleshooting equipment with remote diagnostic tools, and conducting preventative maintenance and field modifications.
The role also involves providing technical support and training to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as customer support, manufacturing, and marketing/sales. The engineer will be required to provide accurate service reports and attend technical training on systems, instruments, and safety.
Additionally, the Service Engineer will handle technical responsibilities for one or more projects, including project specification, functionality, and testing.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in electrical engineering, electro-mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering related fields.
5 years plus experience in a Service Engineer role.
Knowledge of CNC controlled machines and excellent mechanical skills.
Good level of English, both spoken and written.
Thai national, able to travel.
